Green Carnival 2025

The 21st "Green Carnival" and the 24th "Eco-Model Tournament," organized by the Green Council, was successfully held on 12th January, 2025, at the Piazza of Kowloon Park in Tsim Sha Tsui.

In his speech, Mr. Gary Yip, Assistant Director/Development of the Water Supplies Department (WSD) emphasized the importance of environmental protection. He noted that climate change has lead to extreme weather conditions, resulting in more frequent droughts worldwide. Therefore, the public is encouraged to adopt water-saving practices and work together to cherish water resources.

As a supporting organization, WSD promoted the Green Carnival 2025 through social media and hosted a game booth on the event day. Water Save Dave actively encouraged attendees to participate in the "Water-Saving Genius Challenge" quiz, offering participants both gifts and practical water-saving tips.
