Events - Carnival organised by the Scout Association 2016-03-13

The carnival has been held for 7 years by the Scout Association to provide our teenagers with challenging and progressive training programmes for their physical, intellectual, social, spiritual and aesthetic developments. In this year, the carnival was held at Police Tactical Unit Headquarter, Finlang, and the content was enriched with the theme of Green Life. The WSD seized the chance to set a game booth at the carnival to convey water conservation message to the public.
