Green Carnival 2024
The 20th "Green Carnival", organised by the Green Council, was successfully held on 28th January, 2024, at the Kowloon Park. With the support and participation of over 30 businesses, schools, and organisations, it aimed to encourage public to reduce resources waste, save electricity and water, and thereby reduce greenhouse gas emissions and protect the environment. The 23rd "Eco-Model Tournament" was also held at the same venue, encouraging primary and secondary school students to showcase their creativity by making model cars using recycled materials, thus enhancing their environmental awareness and participation.
As a supporting organization, WSD not only promoted the event through the social media platform but also set up a game booth at the venue. WSD's booth stood out among numerous booths and won the "Favourite Booth Decoration Award".
